Whilst the progress of coronavirus (COVID-19) remains unclear, Norwich City Football Club can reassure everyone that the health, safety and welfare of players, staff and supporters is its priority.

The club will continue to follow government advice and issue any updates to supporters at the earliest opportunity.

We would like to re-emphasise that our thoughts are with everyone affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

The ticket office at Carrow Road will be closed for in-person queries until further notice.

Lottery Draws

Both the Academy Jackpot and 1902 Lottery draws will run as normal and winners will be published here. Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we are unable to process winnings at this time. We will ensure to send out all winnings as soon as possible automatically.

‘On the Wall, City!’ Bricks

Bricks are still available to purchase by clicking here, Due to COVID-19 we are unable to have the 'On the Wall, City!' Bricks produced and installed at this time. We will send an e-certificate to you and we will ensure you are updated as soon as the brick has been installed on the South Stand


Online sales at

Online sales and deliveries remain unaffected at this time, however due to the increased volume of orders we are receiving please now allow a minimum of 5 working days after the date you have placed your order for this to be processed and dispatched. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, an automatic confirmation email will be sent. 

If you have previously returned/plan to return items to us via post, please further be advised that due to the impact of COVID-19 no postal returns will be processed at this time and in light of this we have temporarily extended our returns policy to 60 days from purchase. Once our office has re-opened, our team will ensure all returns are processed as soon as possible. 

Our Retail Stores  

In line with government guidelines and protocols, Norwich City can confirm that the club’s Fan Hub store based at Jarrold Norwich has reopened.

The store has been closed for the past three months because of the coronavirus pandemic but is set to open its doors once again from Monday.

Revised opening times will be in place at first, as well as the store remaining closed on Sundays.

A number of measures have been put in place to ensure the store is as safe of possible for staff and customers:

  • Only 20 customers will be permitted inside the store at one time
  • There are hand sanitisation stations throughout
  • There is a one-way system for customers to navigate
  • Protective screens are in place at tillpoints
  • We are only accepting card payments
  • Staff will have their temperatures checked regularly and be issued with PPE

Please be aware that there will be no click and collect service available and all ticketing enquiries are encouraged to go through the ticket office via phone or online.

Thursday: 10am-3pm

Friday: 10am-3pm

Saturday: 10am-4:30pm

Sunday: CLOSED

The club’s store at Carrow Road will remain closed until further notice.


Since the 20th March 2020 the Club closed all premises in line with Government guidance on COVID-19. All footballing activities have also been suspended in line with FA guidelines including those delivered by the Community Sports Foundation, Regional Development Programmes and Norwich City Women’s Football Club. It is recognized that there may still be times when staff need to engage with children, young people and adults at risk and that safeguarding concerns may continue to be raised.

Despite the restrictions imposed by COVID-19 Norwich City Football Club remain committed to ensuring the highest possible safeguarding standards. Our designated safeguarding staff are currently working remotely and have not been subject to the furlough process. Reporting channels remain unchanged however there may be a slightly altered response caused by social distancing. Where possible all contact with safeguarding staff will be conducted by telephone or mail in the first instance.
