Disabled Supporters
There are many facilities and services which have been designed to accommodate supporters with a variety of disabilities and to encourage all fans to come along and watch the Canaries play live at Carrow Road.
Introduction
Facilities for disabled supporters at Norwich City Football Club include places for up to 84 wheelchair users and 186 ambulant supporters. While the majority of places will be taken up by season ticket holders, a number will be kept for home casual tickets and away supporters.
Indoor Aviva Ability Counts Gallery
24 wheelchairs and 24 escorts/65 ambulant seats
The Aviva Ability Counts Gallery is an inside viewing area, behind glass with heating when necessary. This is fully accessable by a lift and is self-contained with Radar key accessible toilets and a large refreshment area with a lowered counter.

18 wheelchairs and 18 escorts
Outside South Stand Wing (N & O)
15 wheelchairs and 15 escorts/27 ambulant seats
Outside South Stand Centre (J & M)
11 wheelchairs and 11 escorts/20 ambulant seats
Supporters can sit at the front of the South Stand at pitch level with disabled toilets close by and refreshments available from within the South Stand concourse.
Away Section South Stand Wing
13 wheelchairs and 13 escorts/13 ambulant and 13 escort seats
Temporary Accessible Seating
Subject to availability, we will try and move any existing season ticket holder with a temporary disability into an accessible seat. Please note you will need to contact the Ticket Office before casual match tickets go on sale to Priority Members.
Drop-off Point
Supporters can use the entrance of the Holiday Inn as a drop-off point only.
Accessible Season Tickets
We are now currently sold out of season tickets within all disability areas. However, to join the waiting list, contact the Ticket Office on 01603 721902 option 1.

Match tickets for escorts
Escort match tickets are free of charge and can only be issued when a disabled match ticket is purchased. Disabled Priority Members who wish to acquire an escort match ticket at the earliest opportunity will need to either supply the Club with an existing Priority Membership number or purchase an additional Priority Membership by contacting the Ticket Office on 01603 721902.
Buy-Backs
If you are a season ticket holder and cannot attend a home fixture, then please

Soccer Sight Matchday Commentary
We provide live Soccer Sight Matchday Commentary for every visually impaired supporter. Please contact the Ticket Office on 01603 721902 option 1 to book your headset.
Portable induction loops for hearing aids are also located within our Ticket Office.
Accessible Parking
Limited on-street parking around the stadium is available for Blue Badge holders ONLY. For up-to-date information on changes and restrictions, please contact the Blue Badge Parking Scheme on 0344 980 3333 or visit their website.
Please note, we do not have on-site casual matchday accessible or general parking at Carrow Road.
Accessible Toilets
All our accessible toilets are now fitted with the Radar key system for easy access.
