Fan Survey Fan Survey Terms and Conditions

  • The Club shall be the data controller for the purposes of any personal data (as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998) provided by individuals completing the fan survey and shall process such personal data only for the purpose of running the survey, collating and reporting upon the findings, and running the associated season ticket prize draw, together with any other purpose that the entrant consents to at the point of survey submission.
  • The survey shall run from 9:00am (GMT) on Thursday, April 13 until 5.00pm (GMT) on Friday, May 11 (the “Survey Period”).  To submit an entry to the survey, entrants must be 16 or over (anyone under the age of 18 must have their parents’ or guardians’ consent before entering the survey) and all fields of the survey form at the following web address (insert web address or via the official survey form must be completed during the Survey Period (“Valid Entry”). All Valid Entries will automatically be entered into the prize draw outlined by these terms and conditions.
  • The Club will use the answers submitted to provide a summary of findings for publication on Club media channels.  By submitting a Valid Entry, you consent to your answers being added to this research and findings.
  • No personal information will be divulged or passed to third parties. It is solely for the use and information of the Club to help improve facilities and gain an understanding of fan opinion.
  • By taking part in the survey you consent to the Club using your contact details in order to make further contact with you in relation to the survey if the Club feels this would be beneficial to it, or you, as the data subject.  
  • The survey form needs to be completed and returned or submitted online by the end of the Survey Period. Entries submitted after this date will not be deemed Valid Entries nor form part of the survey findings or be accepted for the prize draw.
  • The winner of the prize draw shall be notified by email from the Club.  It shall be a condition of the winner claiming their prize that they respond to the notification email within seven days of the sending of the notification email. Should any winner not respond during this period the Club shall be entitled to award that winner’s prize to another Valid Entry submission drawn by the Club.
  • If the prize draw winner is an existing general admission Season Ticket holder and has already renewed and paid for their Season Ticket for the 2018/19 season, they will be refunded such amount that they have paid for their 2018/19 Season Ticket (up to a maximum refund of £550). If the winner pays via Direct Debit, no further payments by either the Club or the Season Ticket holder shall be made in relation to the relevant Season Ticket.
  • If the prize draw winner is an existing general admission Season Ticket holder and has not yet renewed for the 2018/19 season, their Season Ticket will be automatically renewed free of charge for the 2018/19 season.
  • If the prize draw winner is not a current Season Ticket holder or is a corporate season ticket holder, they will be given one free general admission Season Ticket for the 2018/19 season in a location to be decided solely by the Club.
  • The prize must be taken as stated. No prize is transferable. Any winner not electing to accept the prize as stated shall not be entitled to any cash or other alternative.
  • Completion of the survey is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Club reserves the right to withdraw the prize draw at any time if events or circumstances occur outside its control which makes this necessary.
  • The Club accepts no liability for any entries that are not completed within the Survey Period due to any reason beyond the Club’s control.
  • The prize draw is not open to employees of the Club, their families or anyone else associated with this prize draw. Any such entries shall be deemed invalid.
  • The survey and prize draw is restricted to one entry per person.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
