What is the date of the concert?
Thursday 30th May 2019
What time do the gates open?
The gates to the stadium will open at 17.30.
What time does the concert start?
The supporting act, Rick Astley, is scheduled to come on stage at around 7.30pm.
What time does the concert finish?
The concert will finish at 10.30pm.
Will there be any road closures?
We will manage the traffic up until the concert starts, and afterwards road surrounding Carrow Road will be closed for twenty to thirty minutes.
How do I get to Carrow Road?
A transport plan with details of all modes of transport is detailed below.
Is there parking available at the stadium?
There is no parking available at the stadium. Nearby parking is located at County Hall which will open at 5.00pm. The cost will be £10 per car it is pay on the night, with no pre-booking available. There are around 1000 spaces available here, all on a first-come-first-served basis.
Can I get dropped off and picked up at the stadium?
There is no designated drop off and pick up point at the stadium or in the vicinity. We recommend using the Riverside area for drop-offs which is a short walk to Carrow Road. For pick-ups after the event, we recommend King Street side of the Millennium Bridge, or Lower Clarence Road depending on which direction is home. In the interests of public safety, the roads immediately surrounding the stadium will be closed at the end of the concert to ensure pedestrians can leave the event safely.
I have a question about my tickets, who can I speak to?
For any ticket-related questions you will need to contact your point of purchase and their customer services team will be able to help. We regret that it is not possible to exchange, refund or transfer tickets unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. This is part of the purchase policy you agree to when purchasing tickets.

Can I bring a bag?
If it is necessary to bring a bag, ensure it is as small as possible. Nothing larger than size a4 will be permitted. All bags are subject to a search so please avoid bringing where you can as this would speed up your entry to the concert. Please note there is no left luggage facility.
Can I bring medication with me?

Can I bring food and drink with me?
Food is not permitted, as there are concessions within the event. You may bring one bottle of drink per person (in a plastic bottle no larger than 500ml) and please note that alcohol is not permitted. There will be a wide range of food and drink beverages available to buy. Alcohol will be available for adults aged 18 and over, and you may be required to provide photographic identification as proof of age.
If I need to check if I can bring a particular item, who can I contact?
Please contact our Supporter Services Manager at email@example.com who will try to find an answer for you within three working days.
Are there cash machines at the Stadium?
A cash machine will be in place near the South Stand, and there are cash machines available at Morrison’s and the train station, which are both a short walk away.
Are there smoking areas within the Stadium?
Carrow Road is a non-smoking stadium, and this includes e-cigarettes. Please note that once you have left the stadium, re-entry will not be permitted.
Where are the bars and toilets?
These will be situated throughout and around the stadium. Please contact a member of staff if you have difficulty locating somewhere.
Where can I find first-aid facilities?
We have a fully-equipped Medical Room here at Carrow Road, and also there will be plenty of paramedics and St John’s Ambulance staff on hand to support. In a medical emergency, contact the nearest steward who will assist.
What if I can’t find my seat?
There will be sufficient stewards on hand to help you find your seat.
Do any seats have a restricted view?
Am I allowed to stand at my seat?
Yes, you are allowed to stand at your seat. But please don’t stand on seats, in walk-ways, stairways, gangways or aisles. And please do not climb, crowd-surf or mosh!
Where can I look for lost-property after the concert?
Any lost property items will be stored at the Ticket Office. Please call 01603 721902 option 1 to check if your item is there.
What should I do if I have a problem at the concert?
If you have any problems at the event, please seek the nearest steward. If you wish to discuss anything after the event, please contact our Supporter Services Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where can I find travel times?
A travel guide will be found on our website shortly, which details parking, last train-times, cycle parks, and so on. For further details we advise you to contact your local travel company directly.
Concert Transport & Parking
Carrow Road Stadium is approximately a 10 minute walk from Norwich Rail Station.

Norwich City Football Club is signposted along the major routes coming into Norwich via the A11 and A47, with the postcode NR1 1JE.
From the West (A47):
Exit A47 at A146, following signs for Norwich and Lowestoft. Turn left at the first set of lights at the bottom of the slip-road, then continue to the next set of traffic lights and turn right onto Martineau Lane. Keep in the right-hand lane and at the County Hall roundabout take the second exit. Keep right and turn right at the next set of traffic lights onto King Street – follow this road as it bends to the right over a bridge, with Carrow Road then visible to your right.
From the South (A11):
Approaching Norwich on the A11, take the fifth exit at Thickthorn roundabout onto the A47, following signs for Great Yarmouth. Having joined the A47, follow the directions listed above to access the stadium.
From Ipswich (A140):
Approaching Norwich on the A140, eventually reaching a roundabout as the road meets the A47. Take the third exit at this roundabout onto the A47 towards Great Yarmouth. Follow the road to the next exit (A146) then follow the directions listed ‘From the West’ to access the stadium.
From the East (A47):
Exit the A47 at A146, following signs for Norwich and Lowestoft. Turn right at the first set of lights at the bottom of the slip-road, signposted Norwich, then continue to the next set of traffic lights and turn right onto Martineau Lane. Keep in the right-hand lane and at the County Hall roundabout take the second exit. Keep right and turn right at the next set of traffic lights onto King Street – follow this road as it bends to the right over a bridge, with Carrow Road then visible to your right.
Please note, road closures will operate immediately after the concert to allow pedestrians to leave safely and traffic management will be in place before.

Parking at Morrisons adjacent to the stadium is reserved for store customers only, with penalties imposed for misuse of this car park.

Standard ticket prices will apply and these can be seen on our website, but don't forget a High Five ticket allows up to 5 people (max 2 adults) to travel together for the day on Network Norwich for just £8.50 (buy on the bus).
Acle, Caister, Yarmouth and Gorleston - service X1 will pick up on Bracondale (stop just above King Street) at 2323
Loddon, Beccles and Lowestoft - service X21 will pick up on Bracondale (stop just above King Street) at 2303
Konect Bus plan to operate Airport, Harford and Thickthorn P&R later with frequency buses and last buses back from Norwich Bus Station until midnight.

Cycle Parking is available in the following locations:
Carrow Park, Morrisons, Riverside Leisure Centre and the Railway Station.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
We expect the concert to sell out in advance meaning no tickets would be available on the day.
No, everyone entering the stadium must have a ticket. It is not advisable to bring very young children due to the noise levels experienced at outdoor concerts.
Tickets or E tickets will be sent closer to the show date.

We advise purchasing from partnered ticket sellers only. In this instance we would advise that you need to contact the secondary site as we have no control over tickets being sold by unauthorized sites.

Standing tickets are for standing space on the pitch.
No, there are no seats on the pitch. Anyone who has purchased tickets on the pitch will not have access to any seats in the Stands as these have all been sold and are, therefore, reserved.
No. We have a strict capacity for the number of people on the pitch for safety reasons, therefore, we are unable to permit those customers with reserved seats in the stands to have access onto the pitch.
The Norwich City FC Ticket Office will deal with lost property after the event has finished.
