JAMES Maddison joined the Canaries in February 2016 from Coventry City for an undisclosed fee.
He spent the remainder of the campaign at the Ricoh Arena as the Sky Blues narrowly missed out on a Sky Bet League One play-off spot.
The young attacking midfielder made his professional debut in August 2014, going on to feature over thirty times for the Sky Blues, scoring five goals.
After making his Norwich debut in the 6-1 EFL Cup thrashing of his former club in August 2016, Maddison moved on a five-month loan to Scottish Premiership side Aberdeen.
While at Pittodrie, he played 17 games and made headlines by scoring a last-minute free-kick to help his side beat Rangers.
On his return to Carrow Road, Maddison featured in three league matches, registering his first City goal in the 3-1 victory over Preston North End at Deepdale.
