Stuart Webber joined Norwich City to take the newly-created post of Sporting Director in April 2017 as part of a restructuring process at the Club. He moved to Carrow Road from Huddersfield Town, where he had held the position of Head of Football Operations since 2015.

Prior to joining the Terriers, Webber spent two years as Head of Recruitment at Wolverhampton Wanderers following previous stints at Queens Park Rangers, Liverpool and Wrexham.

He leads all aspects of the Club's recruitment strategy, working with the Head Coach to identify players with the commitment and hunger to improve performances on the pitch.

Head Coach

Daniel Farke was appointed as Head Coach of Norwich City in the summer of 2017.

The 40-year-old joined the Club from Borussia Dortmund II on a two-year deal, having led the German giants’ reserve team to a second-place finish in the Regionalliga West in 2016-17.

Regarded as one of the most highly-rated young coaches in Germany, Farke had previously spent six years with SV Lippstadt 08.

Edmund Riemer moved to Carrow Road ahead of the 2017-18 season to take on the role of Assistant Head Coach.

Previously working with Daniel Farke at Borussia Dortmund II and SV Lippstadt 08, the 32-year-old represented the likes of Paderborn during his playing days.

Christian Flüthmann joined Norwich City in the summer of 2017, following the earlier arrival of Daniel Farke as Head Coach.

Moving to the Club from Borussia Dortmund's Academy set-up, Flüthmann's role sees him combine coaching with analysis.

Norwich City Head of Sports Science Chris Domogalla moved to Carrow Road from Borussia Dortmund II ahead of the 2017-18 season.

Previously working with Head Coach Daniel Farke at the German giants, Domogalla oversees all aspects of sports science and fitness.
