The Canaries enjoyed an unbeaten September prior to the international break, but face a side who ended the month in superb fashion themselves with a thumping 6-1 win over Birmigham City.

With all three of Hull's league victories having come on home turf this season, we take a look at the kind of challenge The Tigers will pose when they make the trip to Norfolk.

Summer Signings
Hull City's squad saw something of an overhaul ahead of this season, with a number of players arriving to cover significant departures such as Sam Clucas and Harry Maguire.

Among the more high-profile additions were the highly-rated Kevin Stewart from Liverpool, Nouha Dicko from Wolves and Jon Toral from Arsenal, while Sweden international Sebastian Larsson joined on a free transfer from Sunderland.

The squad was further bolstered by a trio of loan players coming in from Chelsea, in the form of defenders Michael Hector, Fikayo Tomori and Ola Aina (pictured).

Fraizer Campbell, who starred in Hull's 2007-08 promotion from The Championship, also completed a belated return to the club following a three-year stint with Crystal Palace.

Leonid Slutsky's men have been the definition of inconsistency and unpredictably so far this term.

That is now more evident than in their transition from August to September, where a 4-0 win over Bolton Wanderers was followed by a 5-0 defeat at Derby County in their next outing.

The loss at Pride Park appeared to have a damaging effect, with Hull collecting just two points from their next four games.

However, a ruthless dismantling of Birmingham City just before the international break highlights the potential that exists in the Tigers' squad - if they can produce it on a more regular basis.

Previous Meeting
The two sides last faced off during the 2013-14 season, avoiding each other in the most recent three campaigns while they both alternated between the top and second tiers.

As remains the case now, Hull were struggling for rhythm on the road when they headed to Carrow Road in January 2014, having collected just five points on their travels.

That run continued thanks to a late Ryan Bennett header which secured a 1-0 win for Chris Hughton's City, with the visitors' Tom Huddlestone sent off in the final minute.
