Several Norwich City players were involved in international action on Tuesday, rounding off a busy break for Canaries across Europe.
Earlier in the day, Teemu Pukki became Finland's all-time record goalscorer by firing both goals in their 2-0 qualifying victory over Kazakhstan, keeping alive their chances of qualifying for Qatar 2022.
Elsewhere, Scotland left it late in the Faroe Islands with Lyndon Dykes of QPR firing home a late winner to boost their chances of qualiying. Grant Hanley returned from suspension to play 90 minutes and help Scotland keep a clean sheet.
Billy Gilmour also featured for 90 minutes in the match, with Kenny McLean an unused substitute.
Meanwhile Dimitris Giannoulis and Christos Tzolis both featured for Greece in their 2-0 Group B defeat in Sweden.
Giannoulis started and played 84 minutes before being substituted, with Tzolis coming on as a 71st minute replacement.
In the same group, Kosovo were beaten 2-1 by Georgia with Milot Rashica playing 73 minutes.
Poland helped their cause for qualification from Group I with a narrow victory over Albania - Przemyslaw Placheta an unused substitute.
Danel Sinani, on loan at Huddersfield Town, endured a difficult evening as Luxembourg were thrashed 5-0 by Portugal. He played 86 minutes.
Away from World Cup qualifying action, Republic of Ireland enjoyed a morale-boosting 4-0 friendly win over Qatar. Andrew Omobamidele played his second successive 90 minutes for the Irishmen, with Adam Idah an unused substitute.
