PROMISING winger Jacob Murphy has moved on a youth loan to Scunthorpe United.
The 19-year-old will stay at Glanford Park initially until February 7, but with the potential to have the deal extended.
Murphy has just returned from a similar spell at Blackpool, where he scored twice in nine appearances. He has played once for the Canaries this season, in the 3-1 Capital One Cup win over Crawley Town in August.
Scunthorpe, who are managed by ex-City player Mark Robins, are 18th in the Sky Bet League One table but have lost just one of their last 14 matches in all competitions.
Murphy will be eligible for selection for the Iron's trip to Walsall on Saturday, but won't be available for their FA Cup Third Round replay against Chesterfield next Tuesday having not been registered in their squad for the original tie.
