Norwich City introduces OneCity account

Norwich City Football Club are delighted to reveal details of the OneCity account which will transform how supporters interact with the club online.

For the very first time, fans will be able to access all club websites including, ticketing, retail store and Delia’s Canary Catering with a single set of log in credentials.

The move is one which will benefit supporters who interact with the club in different ways, preventing the need for multiple logins when you visit the club shop or ticketing website, or want to watch videos on Canaries TV. Currently, fans wishing to purchase a ticket/merchandise and a Canaries TV audio pass will need two separate accounts. Additionally, supporters will now only need to update their details in one place, making it much simpler to manage your online account.

These credentials will also work on the club’s new app, coming very soon, and stadium Wi-Fi at Carrow Road.

When will the OneCity account launch?

The OneCity account is now available for fans to sign up to for free.

What will you need to do?

If you’ve transacted with us recently, you’ll receive an email prompting you to reset your password. Once complete, simply log in with your new details and your account is complete, meaning you can buy tickets, merchandise, items from Delia’s Canary Catering or watch content on Canaries TV with your new credentials.

If your login details are not recognised when you try to log in, simply select ‘forgot your password’. If you receive the error message ‘User not found’, please get in touch with us.

If you believe you have never purchased from us previously, you should select ‘forgotten your password’ and enter your email to check if you do have an existing account. If you see the error message ‘user not found’, please proceed to create a new OneCity account.

How does this affect junior supporters?

Junior supporters who have been active with us recently will receive an email, either to the email address on their account or to their parent/guardians email, prompting them to reset their password to create their OneCity account. These Juniors will have their username automatically set as their supporter number and will need to log in using this and their newly updated password.

Junior fans who are brand new to the Club will need to create a unique username when they create a OneCity account. They will then log in using this username (not supporter number or email) and their newly created password. Please note, once created you will be unable to change your username.

The key difference is that juniors will be required to have a username on their account as their unique identifier. This is due to the challenges around juniors having their own email addresses at a young age. This username will then allow them to log in to their account rather than using an email address.
