Norwich City can now confirm details of the mandatory COVID-19 pre-registration process for all supporters attending all games at Carrow Road.

The pre-registration process has been introduced for large-scale sporting events following the introduction of the latest government guidelines and Plan B.

It is now a mandatory legal requirement for all supporters attending football fixtures at Carrow Road to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19, or evidence of a negative lateral flow or PCR test undertaken 48 hours before attending a fixture.

Mandatory pre-registration of COVID-19 status

All Norwich City supporters aged 18 and over will be required to fill in an online COVID-19 pre-registration form. The form will be directly sent to supporters via email, SMS or post from the club. Or, you can simply fill it in via the link here.

PRE-REGISTER YOUR COVID-19 STATUS

This simple process requires supporters to upload their COVID-19 vaccine status from the NHS Pass application to the form, ensuring entry to Norwich City’s fixtures home and away from Boxing Day.

It will be against the law to grant admission to anyone unable to comply with this legal requirement.

Increased spot checks will remain in place at all Premier League grounds. All supporters must be prepared to show their NHS COVID-19 Pass or proof of a negative lateral flow or PCR test at the stadium.

How to upload your COVID pass to the registration form

  • Download NHS App on mobile, or visit https://covid-status.service.nhsx.nhs.uk/
  • Follow the steps to register your personal details
  • Once logged in, those who have been fully vaccinated for two weeks will be able to access their COVID pass by selecting ‘NHS COVID Pass’
  • Select ‘Domestic’
  • Scroll down and select either ‘Download PDF copy’ or ‘Receive an offline copy by email’ which will ensure the pass is saved to your device as a file
  • Click the pre-register form link sent to you via email/SMS
  • Upload your COVID pass to the form

If you have any issues uploading a COVID pass or receiving your pre-registration form link, please read our FAQs or contact us: covid.registration@canaries.co.uk.

Fans will only need to fill in the pre-registration form once, unless their vaccination status changes.

Face coverings and behaviour

The club would also like to remind supporters of the legal requirement to wear face coverings in closed and confined areas such as concourses and hospitality lounges. We would also strongly recommend they’re worn inside the stadium bowl at all times.

You must wear a face covering when travelling to and from the match by public transport and maintain social distancing where you are able to do so.

We would urge everyone to continue to use their common sense to protect themselves, fellow supporters and club staff from COVID-19.

Arriving at Carrow Road

Given the increase in spot checks for supporters at Carrow Road, all supporters are encouraged to allow ample time for arrival and entry to the stadium.

Turnstiles for all home fixtures open 90 minutes prior to kick off, with usual stadium entry and security checks remaining in place.
