Dimitris Giannoulis and Christoph Zimmermann will miss Norwich City's trip to Arsenal on Saturday with injury.
Giannoulis missed Greece's last game of the international break against Sweden, after playing 135 minutes over their opening two matches against Switzerland and Kosovo.
The left-back has failed to recover from the back problem and he will miss the trip to the Emirates Stadium
Elsewhere, Zimmermann will almost miss the match having been ruled out with an ankle injury.
Following the international break which saw City players posted to locations across Europe and America, Farke admits it's been tricky given some only arrived back to training on Thursday.
"It's been a bit tricky, a lot of the guys have only just arrived back," he said at his pre-match press conference.
"There will be some late decisions, Josh Sargent finished his game yesterday morning at 5am. He then travelled to Heathrow quite early, he struggled to sleep and has reported slight hamstring problems. There will be a late decision on him.
"Kenny McLean returned and had some issues with his knee. But since yesterday, he's been back in team training. It seems to be good news with him."
Bali Mumba is also back in team training, after coming off injured in City's Carabao Cup win against AFC Bournemouth before the break.
New signings Ozan Kabak and Mathias Normann are eligble to play, with the pair repoting no injuries upon their return to the Lotus Training Centre.
