RALF Fahrmann was signed on loan from FC Schalke 04 ahead of Norwich City’s 2019-20 return to the Premier League.
The German goalkeeper began his senior career in 2007 with FC Schalke 04’s reserve side, before getting his professional debut with the first time in 2008. Two years with Eintracht Frankfurt’s second and first teams followed, before Fahrmann returned to Schalke.
It was in his second spell at Schalke when he began to make a name for himself, playing 234 matches over seven years, replacing Manuel Neuer, who had been sold to Bayern Munich.
Fahrmann has not yet played for Germany’s senior team but has made appearances for their youth sides between Under-16s and Under-21s level.
