BOSNIAN international Mario Vrančić signed a three-year deal with Norwich City in June 2017, joining from German side SV Darmstadt 98.
Born in the city of Slavonski Brod in what was formerly known as Yugoslavia in 1989, Vrančić moved to Germany with his family at the age of five.
He represented his adopted nation at a number of youth levels, later being given the go-ahead by FIFA to represent his homeland's senior side.
Starting his domestic career within the Academy of FSV Mainz 05 before moving onto SC Paderborn in 2012.
Vrančić helped Paderborn earn promotion from Bundesliga II, with the club briefly topping the highest level of German football the following season.
Moving to Darmstadt in 2015, the left-footed midfielder made 23 Bundesliga appearances in 2016-17 before joining the Canaries.
