Having joined Norwich City's Academy in 2017, from College Corinthians in Ireland, Adam Idah has flourished.

He certainly made an entrance at Academy levek, scoring a hat-trick inside 10 minutes against Barnsley in the FA Youth Cup, and then another hat-trick against Tottenham Hotspur in the Under-18 Premier League.

Those achievements contributed to him winning the Under-18s' Player of the Season and the Academy player of the year awards in the 2017/18 season.

The following season, 12 goals in 19 league games, for Norwich City Under-23s, saw Adam acheive national recognition as he was as one of eight players nominated for the Premier League 2 Player of the Season. 

However, it was in the 2019/20 season when Adam rose to prominence in the first team, again netting a hat-trick on his full league debut away at Preston North End in the Emirates FA Cup.

He finished that season, with 12 Premier League appearances and 16 in all competitions. 
Ahead of the start of the following season, Adam received his first international call up for the Republic of Irealnd senior side against Bulgaria and Finland.

He then opened up his league for Norwich account with the winning goal on the opening day of the Sky Bet Championship season against Huddersfield Town. He finished the season with three goals in 18 appearances for the first team as the club were promoted back to the Premier League with a record 97 points.

A good pre-season then saw Adam net against King's Lynn, Huddersfield Town and Gillingham ahead of the start of the Premier League campaign.
