Daniel Barden’s breakthrough to Norwich City’s first team came earlier than he might have anticipated.
The academy graduate was called upon for four senior appearances during City’s 2020/21 Championship winning season when Tim Krul and Michael McGovern were both ruled out through injury.
Daniel career began at Arsenal, where he made seven appearances in the under-18s Premier League before moving to Norwich in 2018.

The 2019/20 season was spent on loan at Bury Town, where Daniel made 26 appearances in all competitions.
He has also played for Wales at under-19 level and was called up to the Under-21s squad for the first time in March 2021.
During the Championship winning season, Daniel made his first team debut in as a substitute in a 1-1 draw at home to Queens Park Rangers and then put in a man-of-the-match performance as Norwich City beat Cardiff City 2-1 away in January.
That experience saw him rewarded with a new contract towards the end of the campaign and he will spend the 2021/22 season out on loan at Livingston in the Scottish Premiership to gain more first team games.
