A young midfielder joining the Under-18s from the Academy's schoolboy programme, Finley Welch recently signed his first scholarship with the club.

Beginning his first two years of education and a full-time training plan, Welch is now developing his game under Steve Weaver and Greg Crane in the Under-18s for the 2020/21 season.
