The Rebate window is now closed!

We have publicly gone on record to confirm that we will lose approximately £1.5m per fixture, however, we remain committed to ensuring our fans are not the ones who miss out financially. Following the response from fans, there will be three options made available for 2019-20 season ticket holders and members to claim or donate their pro-rata rebate.

Your rebate entitlement can be found on the letter you’ll receive w/c 1st June, or by email if you have a valid email address. You have until midnight on Tuesday, June 30 to complete your application. You can also calculate this manually using the formula below;

Original price paid for 2019-20 product divided by 19 (number of fixtures) multiplied by games that fans can’t attend using their product (there are 5 home fixtures and 4 away fixtures remaining).

For example, a season ticket holder who paid £499.50 for their 2019-20 season ticket will be entitled to a rebate worth £131.45.

Option One: Pro-Rata Refund

You can claim a pro-rata refund to the value details on the letter and email recieved from us. If you paid via Direct Debit then you will receive your rebate into the bank you paid for your 2019-20 Season Ticket with. If you didn’t pay by direct debit, if you were to choose this option, you will receive your rebate by cheque. It is crucial therefore that the address we have on your account is up to date. You will receive your refund by the end of July.

Option Two: Support The Norwich City Academy

We have seen significant growth in our Academy productivity over the last couple of seasons along with enjoying seeing a number of youth players breaking through into our first team. Donating your rebate to our Academy will help us to continue the development of our Academy and help to produce the future stars for the first team.

Option Three: Help Our Community Sports Foundation

The club’s official charity, the Community Sports Foundation, is facing significant potential losses of income in the region of £500k due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Fans can donate rebates to the Foundation to help sustain their vital community work. The Foundation will also be able to claim Gift Aid, increasing each fan donation by 25 percent.
