When you submit your order, you are offering to buy tickets at the price stated in accordance with the terms and conditions which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. It is therefore important that you read and accept the terms and conditions before submitting the order.
1.1. The Season Ticket entitles the Season Ticket Holder to admission to the designated part of the Carrow Road Stadium (“the Stadium”) on Match days and the right to sit in the designated seat as shown on the Season Ticket at all home fixtures of the league competition participated in by the Club’s first team excluding any play-off games (“the Fixtures”).
1.2. Season Ticket Holders are not entitled to automatic entry to home cup ties. Season Ticket Holders will be given an exclusive period in which to purchase their designated seat for home cup ties. Thereafter the Club will offer any unsold seats for general sale. Season Ticket Holders in areas J and K of the Jarrold Stand may be required to relocate to a seat of equivalent or higher value in another part of the Stadium at the Club’s discretion in the event of the visiting club requiring its full allocation of tickets under the relevant Cup Rules.
1.3. Season Tickets shall remain the property of the Club at all times.
1.4. Season Tickets may not be re-sold or lent for value by Season Ticket Holders under any circumstances.
1.5. Subject to Clause 1.4 above, Season Tickets may be used by family and friends (“Guests”) of the Season Ticket Holder who shall at all times be responsible for the behaviour of his/her Guests. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by such Guests shall be treated as a breach by the Season Ticket Holder who shall be liable to the sanctions referred to herein.
1.6. In the event that the Season Ticket is used by a Guest falling within a lesser value ticket category than the Season Ticket Holder neither that person nor the Season Ticket Holder shall be entitled to any rebate in respect of such usage. In the event that the Season Ticket is used by a Guest falling within a greater value ticket category than the Season Ticket Holder that person must present the Season Ticket and pay the difference in value to the Club. The Club reserves the right to cancel the Season Ticket in the event that a Guest attempts to use the Season Ticket to enter the Stadium where the Guest belongs to a greater value ticket category than the Season Ticket Holder.
1.7. In the event of a Season Ticket being lost or stolen this must be immediately reported to the Club whereon it will be replaced subject to a £20.00 administrative charge to cover any costs involved.
1.8. Any changes in a Season Ticket Holder’s details as held by the Club should be notified to the Club as soon as possible.
1.9. In the event of any construction, development works, maintenance, or other works being required to any part of the Stadium, the Club reserves the right to require any Season Ticket Holder or Guest holding a Season Ticket in the affected part of the Stadium to move to any other part of the Stadium and to sit in any other seat of equivalent or higher value.
1.10. The Club reserves the right in its sole discretion to require any Season Ticket Holder or Guest holding a Season Ticket to move to an alternative seat of equivalent or higher value in any other part of the Stadium should it deem it necessary to do so.
1.11. The Club accepts no liability in the event that a Season Ticket Holder or Guest is precluded from admission to the designated part of the Stadium or the designated seat shown on the Season Ticket by reason of the circumstances described in clauses 1.9 and 1.10 above.
1.12. All Fixtures are played in accordance with the relevant rules of the appropriate football governing body. Play cannot be guaranteed to take place on a particular day or at any particular time. All Fixtures are subject to change and the Club reserves the right to alter its advertised Fixtures without notice or liability.
1.13. All Season Ticket Holders and Guests must adhere to any relevant dress code for any part of the Stadium designated from time to time by the Club.
1.14. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Stadium including all seating, concourse and bar areas.
1.15. All Season Ticket Holders and Guests shall at all times act in a civil manner. Any person who uses foul, obscene, abusive or racially abusive language at any time shall be subject to arrest or ejection from the Stadium, and shall have no claim for any refund or compensation from the Club. Any person who uses such language in the near vicinity of the Stadium shall be liable to be refused entry to the Stadium and shall have no claim for any refund or compensation from the Club.
1.16. The Club is committed to preventing discrimination in all its fields of operation and within its stadium, providing an environment free from abuse, harassment, bullying and victimisation. The Club is committed to developing positive policies to promote equal opportunities and prohibiting unlawful or unfair discrimination on grounds of race, religion, age, gender, disability and sexual orientation. All Season Ticket Holders and Guests are subject to the Club’s Equal Opportunities and Anti-Racism policies, copies of which are available from the Club on request.
1.17. All Season Ticket Holders and their Guests shall observe the proper directions of all Stewards, other employees of the Club and Police Officers at all times.
1.18. During play Season Tickets Holders and their Guests shall remain in their allocated seat and shall not block the aisles and gangways to and from the Stadium exits. Any person who engages in persistent standing while play is in progress having been warned about such conduct shall be liable to be ejected from the Stadium and shall have no claim for any refund or compensation from the Club.
1.19. Any Season Ticket Holder or Guest who commits any criminal offence whilst attending, travelling to or from any home or away Norwich City Football Club match or who breaches the ground regulations of the host club shall be liable to have his/her Season Ticket cancelled or be banned from the Stadium for a period to be determined at the Club’s discretion, without refund or compensation.
1.20. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall render the Season Ticket Holder or Guest liable to be ejected from the Stadium, refused entry to the Stadium, and/or made the subject of a ban from the Stadium, in each case without refund or compensation and in the Club’s sole discretion.
1.21. Any Season Ticket Holder made the subject of a Club ban from the Stadium may appeal against the ban within 21 days by giving notice in writing to that effect, addressed to the Club’s Company Secretary. The Season Ticket Holder shall be informed of the procedure of the appeal upon receipt of his/her notice.
1.22. The Club reserves the right to refuse any application for Season Tickets at its sole discretion.
1.23. Season tickets (and the £19.00 Academy donation for those that have not elected to opt out of it) are non-refundable. Any refunds that are issued are done so entirely at the discretion of the Club and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. Refund values will be calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the casual ticket value minus a £25 cancellation fee to cover the administration costs incurred by the Club in processing such refund.
1.24. The Club reserves the right to cancel the Season Ticket in the event that there is an arrears of payment in respect of the Season Ticket and this has not been remedied by the Season Ticket Holder within a reasonable period of time as requested by the Club. Upon Cancellation, the Season Ticket Holder will be charged a £25.00 cancellation fee and will be required to settle the full value of the Season Ticket (if not paid for in full at the start of the season) which shall become immediately due and payable upon cancellation.
1.25. In the event that there exists an arrears of payment on the Season Ticket requiring the Club to take any action to seek and demand such payment, the Club shall be entitled to charge the Season Ticket Holder a reasonable administration charge (the amount of which to be at the Club’s discretion) to cover the administration costs incurred by the Club in taking such action. With regard to those Season Ticket Holders participating in the Direct Debit scheme, a charge of £10.00 will be made for each failed direct debit payment in respect of each Season Ticket purchased. Access will not be permitted to matches at any time when an account is in arrears.
1.26. Those Season Ticket Holders paying for their Season Ticket by way of direct debit will incur a £5.00 annual processing fee in respect of each Season Ticket purchased which will be payable in equal instalments across the direct debit payment plan.
1.27. The Club’s Ground Regulations shall be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions save where there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Ground Regulations where the former shall prevail. The Ground Regulations are available for inspection at entry points around the Stadium. The Club shall have the right to eject an offender and to cancel and withdraw your Season Ticket for any serious or persistent breach of these Terms & Conditions or Ground Regulations.
1.28 The Club reserves the right to withdraw a Season Ticket from a Season Ticket Holder or Guest for breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Upon withdrawal, the Season Ticket Holder will be charged a £25.00 cancellation fee and will be required to settle the full value of the Season Ticket (if not paid for in full at the start of the season) which shall become immediately due and payable upon withdrawal. In the event that your Season Ticket is withdrawn or cancelled the Club reserves the right to exclude you from any membership scheme maintained or organised by the Club and/or to disqualify you from applying for any match ticket or season ticket at its discretion.
1.29. Those Season Ticket Holders paying for their Season Ticket (or the Season Tickets of other persons) by way of direct debit shall have the Season Ticket(s) in question automatically renewed each season (in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions at that time in force), before the first deadline for renewal. A Pre-Auto Renewal pack will be sent to the payer of the Season Ticket containing all the relevant renewal details. If the Season Ticket Holder wishes to cancel their automatically renewed Season Ticket(s) they shall have the right to cancel within 21 days of the date of their Pre- Auto Renewal letter. Should the Season Ticket Holder cancel their automatically renewed Season Ticket within the prescribed 21 days or within the subsequent 14 day ‘cooling off period’, the Season Ticket Holder shall not be subject to the terms of 1.23 above.
