Midfielder Aaron Ramsey put in an energetic performance against Blackpool as Norwich City came away with a 1-0 victory.
The loanee from Aston Villa was one of the star performers for Dean Smith's side.
"Obviously, it's a tough place to come to but we got the three points. As you can tell, the club that we are, we want to be up there. So, getting three points, coming to a tough place is a good result for us," Ramsey told Canaries TV.
"We've had two weeks split so it's good to come back together again and on to the next one because the games are coming thick and fast."
Ahead of a busy October, Ramsey outlined how important it was to get three points on the board in the first of eight games this month.
"I think the gaffer said we've 13 games until the World Cup. So, there's loads and loads of games, it's going to be a tough period but we'll just have to fight and get the points like we did today.
"If you were in the changing room at the end of it, you would see how much it means to us. In the game, we've had some tough spells but as a team, we got through it."
