Digital Ticketing
Norwich City will use digital ticketing at Carrow Road after partnering with provider SeatGeek. Avoid the queues by arriving early with your digital ticket added to your digital wallet.
Digital tickets delivers great benefits such as easier ticket sharing for fans, as well as supporting our sustainability objectives.
If you need help with any part of the digital ticketing process, please take a look at our helpful guides below. If you don’t have a smartphone, please contact the Ticket Office and they will be able to support you.
Games Maker
Our Games Makers are here to help you at Carrow Road on every home matchday! Easily visible in their pink hi-vis jackets and underneath their white ‘Here to Help’ flags, they’ll be able to help you with matchday information or guidance on how to find your way around the stadium.
They’ll always be located around the outside of the stadium, particularly in the busiest areas such as outside the Club Shop and behind the South Stand so make sure you keep an eye out for them on your visit.
Make sure you give them a smile and a wave next time you’re at Carrow Road!
Families
Family Area
The family areas at Carrow Road are located in the Regency Security Stand, Block WW1, Block WW2 and the Joma Community Stand (Block OL).
Junior Website
Being a junior fan goes further than a matchday, make sure to get involved with lots of fun activities and content on the Junior Canaries website! Here you will find frequent competitions for signed items, mascot packages, and much more!. As well as this, you can get to know our squad, test your knowledge with our Norwich City quizzes, and prepare for upcoming visits to Carrow Road with our Matchday Madness section!
Disabled Supporters
Our aim is for Norwich City to be ‘a home for everyone’ and we have a variety of facilities and services which have been designed to accommodate supporters with disabilities to be able to come and watch matches. A full outline of these can be found via the link below.
