Disabled Supporters

Accessible tickets can be purchased by calling our Ticket Office on 01603 721902 (Option 1) or in person at our club shops. They cannot currently be purchased online.

In order to buy a ticket you will need to have a supporter number which will be allocated to you when you create a OneCity account on our website or can also be done when calling the Ticket Office.

Season Tickets

Unfortunately, we are currently sold out of season tickets within our accessible areas. To join the waiting list, please call the Ticket Office on 01603 721902 (Option 1)

Membership & Ticket On-Sale Dates

Tickets go on sale at various points throughout the season, with priority being given to those who are Home Membership holders. More information on Membership can be found online HERE.

Buy-Backs

If you are a season ticket holder and cannot attend a home fixture, please contact the Ticket Office on 01603 721902 (option 1) or go online HERE so that your ticket can be re-sold to someone else. You will receive credit into your account if this happens.

We are proud to be able to provide a ticket for a personal assistant, where required, free of charge. This is based on the understanding that the assistant is providing a service to the disabled supporter, to enable them to access our matchday facilities. Personal assistants must also always attend the match with the disabled supporter that they are assisting and cannot attend a game on this ticket by themselves. These complimentary personal assistant tickets are only available within the designated accessible areas of the stadium.

In order to request a personal assistant ticket alongside your own ticket, please call the Ticket Office on 01603 721902 (Option 1) or make this known at the time of booking your tickets.

Car Parking

On matchdays, no parking is available at Carrow Road. Blue badge holder parking can be found on neighbouring residential streets such as Kerrison Road (NR1 1JB). The Blue Badge scheme is managed by Norwich City Council who can be reached via phone on 0344 980 3333 or online HERE.

Drop-Off

The entrance of the Holiday Inn, located between the South Stand and Barclay Stand can be used by supporters as a drop-off point.

Our Mobility Buggy travels around the stadium on matchdays and can be flagged down by supporters who require onward travel support from the Holiday Inn to their turnstile.

Mobility Bus from County Hall

A new minibus service between County Hall car park and Carrow Road has been launched on matchdays. This service, which is a collaboration between Norwich City, The Canaries Trust, Norwich Door to Door, Norfolk County Council, Age UK Norwich, Inclusive Norwich Partnership and Age Friendly Norwich, is for anyone who has mobility issues and may find it challenging to get from the car park to the stadium.

The bus costs £4 return (plus £2 for a personal assistant/carer if required) and leaves County Hall 90 minutes before kick-off. Supporters will be dropped off outside the Holiday Inn, which is also where they will be picked up from after the match. Supporters using the bus will be charged a reduced amount (£2) for parking, making their total cost the same as other car park users.

We have designated seating areas for up to 84 wheelchair users and 186 ambulant disabled supporters. Although a majority of these are sold to season ticket holders, a number of these are kept aside for casual match-by-match ticket sales.

Indoor Joma ‘Ability Counts’ Gallery

24 wheelchair user bays + 24 personal assistants / 65 ambulant seats

The Joma ‘Ability Counts’ gallery is an inside viewing area, located on Level 2 of the Joma Community Stand in the corner of the stadium. It is behind glass, with heating available when necessary. The gallery can be accessed step-free via a dedicated lift and has accessible toilets fitted with RADAR key access. Within the area is a large refreshment area which has a lowered counter.

Outdoor Joma Community Stand Platform

18 wheelchair user bays + 18 personal assistants

The outdoor Joma Community Stand platform is located on Level 1 of the Joma Community Stand in the corner of the stadium. As with the indoor space this can be accessed step-free via a dedicated lift and also has access to RADAR key toilets and refreshments.

Outdoor South Stand Areas O & N

15 wheelchair user bays + 15 personal assistants / 27 ambulant seats

Outdoor South Stand Areas J & M

11 wheelchair user bays + 11 personal assistants / 20 ambulant seats

Both outdoor South Stand sections are located at pitch level on the front row of the stand. Supporters can access accessible toilet facilities with RADAR key access from ground level in the Joma Community Stand along with refreshments in these concourse areas.

Away Supporters – Outdoor South Stand

13 wheelchair user bays + 13 personal assistants / 13 ambulant seats + 13 personal assistants

The away disabled section is located at pitch level on the front row of the away section within the South Stand. Accessible toilet facilities and refreshments can be accessed step-free within the South Stand concourse areas.

We are proud to be able to offer a dedicated sensory room within the stadium. The Sanctuary powered by ROARR! is a quiet space, filled with specialist sensory room equipment, for up to 2 groups to use on a matchday. The room itself features a light up storm tube, fibre optic lights, a vibrating bean bag, infinity mirror, light up mat and interactive projector. It also contains sensory packs for supporters to use on the day.

The room itself is located on Level 2 of the Joma Community Stand and has access to the indoor disability viewing platform. Supporters using the room can choose to watch the game from the television inside the sensory room, or from the flip-down seats at the back of the indoor disability platform and are free to roam between the two.

Access to this room will be free of charge for the 2025/26 season but supporters are required to book this space by filling out the form below. You do not need to already have a match ticket for your chosen game in order to book.

Please note that the room is not staffed and parents/guardians/personal assistants will be required to supervise those that use the room. The room itself is accessible via lift, but needs to be accessed by a standard width door and therefore may not be suitable for larger wheelchairs.

Match Buddies / Access Volunteers

Our accessibility volunteers are here to provide a ‘match buddy’ service to both home and away supporters who have any accessibility needs on a matchday. They can be found wearing green hi-vis jackets within our accessible viewing areas and will do all they can to help give everyone the best possible matchday experience.

The team can provide the following support during your visit:

• Escorting supporters to and from their seats before and after games
• Escorting supporters to accessible toilet facilities
• Assisting with the use of our Soccer Sight commentary system
• Providing ponchos during bad weather

Soccer Sight

We can provide live matchday commentary for visually impaired supporters via our Soccer Sight commentary service. Please contact the Ticket Office on 01603 721902 (option 1) or tickets@canaries.co.uk ahead of your visit to book this service. A member of our accessibility team will then ensure that you are provided with a set of headphones and a receiver in order to access this during the match.

Our commentators pride themselves on being able to give as much detail as possible in order to provide a descriptive and immersive service.

Mobility Buggy

Carrow Road has a mobility buggy that is available for supporters to flag down before and after matches. The buggy does not have a designated route but will lap the stadium and can be flagged down by any supporters who need assistance getting around the stadium.

When speaking to the driver, please let them know where your entry point or turnstile is so that you can be dropped off as close to this location as possible.

Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilets are available throughout the stadium. Within specific accessible viewing areas these are all fitted with RADAR key access.

Changing Places Toilet

Located on Level 2 of the Joma Community Stand, and new for 2025/26, is our Changing Places Toilet facility. Fully funded by the club, this provides a safe, hygienic, and dignified place for supporters who may not be able to use a standard accessible toilet. It contains a hoist, adult sized changing bench, accessible toilet, adjustable height washbasin and privacy screen and more information can be found on the Changing Places website here.

Supporters in other areas of the stadium can gain access to this on a matchday too, by speaking to a matchday steward.
