Recently, Norwich City head of academy goalkeeping Declan Rudd hosted a goalkeeper presentation evening at the Avant Training Centre for the academy's goalkeepers across all age groups.
Rudd, as well as academy goalkeeper coach Jake Jessup, spoke to players and parents, highlighting the academy's goalkeeping programme and how to be a Norwich City goalkeeper.
After the presentation, the young goalkeepers watched and took part in a session with our Under-21s goalkeepers, Caleb Ansen, Rylee Mitchell and Luis Lines, before a Q&A session with the three shot-stoppers.
On the evening, Rudd said: "I think it's important to get all the goalkeepers from the academy and their parents in, just to explain the programme and what we're looking for.
"The older lads don't realise how strong that presence of them being around is to the younger lads."
