Norwich City’s academy are seeking special family homes to provide care and accommodation for our young players.
Many of these students, aged 13-18 years, need to live away from home to undertake training at the Lotus Training Centre and attend Ormiston Victory Academy or City of Norwich School, our partnered education providers.
The club takes pride on providing the highest standards for our academy to give our talented, young players a chance to thrive and develop their futures.
Over the previous seasons we have seen the likes of Max Aarons, Todd Cantwell, Adam Idah and Andrew Omobamidele all graduate from the club’s academy to feature in the first-team.
The challenge for the club is to ensure we continue to produce future stars for Norwich City.
The club are seeking people who possess empathetic and caring qualities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills; people who can remain non-judgemental, inclusive, and respectful towards all individuals and calm and patient when responding to children and young people’s behaviour.
Hosts are also required to have a spare room, be over the age of 21, have British Citizenship, meet our DBS requirements and meet the suitability criteria, including being situated within proximity to the school.
