Norwich City Under-11 academy player Branden was recently awarded the Premier League Academy Young Writer of the Year for 2023 in a nationwide writing competition.
His story, 'The Challenge', was part of his extensive enrichment programme run by the academy with the foundation phase players.
Matt Wells, head of education at the Academy, said: "This is an amazing achievement for Branden. We have had players enter this competition in previous years but have never had a winner.
"The work put in by Branden, his parents and his school has been outstanding. The story is really heartfelt and is obviously from real lived experiences. Congratulations, Branden!"
Branden was presented with his prizes after training at the Lotus Training Centre on Wednesday evening.
