- Over 1,770 welfare checks were made addressing issues such as falls, unsafe housing and nutrition.
A spokesperson from the charity said: "We are incredibly grateful to Norwich City for selecting us as their matchday charity.
“This is an incredible honour that will help raise awareness of the impact we make in our local community to those over 50.
“Every penny we raise with the football club will help us to continue providing essential support and companionship to those who need it most. Thank you for your support."
Age UK Norwich will have their official dedicated matchday on Tuesday, November 26, for City's Sky Bet Championship fixture against Plymouth Argyle.
The charity will also have the honour of selecting the game’s Community Hero.
