Norwich City Under-21s coach Alan Neilson says that it's always a great experience at Carrow Road, and that it's fantastic when the fans come and watch the academy sides.
The Under-21s are in action at Carrow Road on Friday night, as they welcome their West Bromwich Albion counterparts under the lights.
"We're really looking forward to the game. It's always great when we play at Carrow Road, the lads love it. It's where the players want to play. It's all about getting the experience of playing there, getting used to the environment, and just getting used to it.
"Results-wise, the season has started really well. In terms of performances, sometimes we know we could've done better. As a coach, I've got to keep pushing them. We'll keep doing the right things.
"We've scored goals, but not any kept any clean sheets. We nearly kept a clean sheet the last time we played at Carrow Road against Derby County, but we conceded in the last few minutes. We'll go out and try and score goals, and hopefully work on that clean sheet.
"It's fantastic when the fans come and watch them. The more fans we can get, the better it is for the players to get them used to that environment."
With the first team away at Sheffield United on Saturday, it's a good opportunity for Canary fans to come watch the Under-21s in action. Entry is free for supporters, with entry available via the South Stand.
