Norwich City are delighted to share that Alzheimer's Society have been selected as our matchday charity for Monday's Sky Bet Championship tie against Coventry City.
Alzheimer's Society was founded in 1979 and is the UK's leading dementia charity.
The charity gives vital support to those who need it with expert advice and practical help through their support line, online information, dementia advisors and online community.
They have invested over £120 million in research to improve diagnosis, care and treatment all whilst working with campaigners to use evidence to push for better policies and make dementia a national priority.
On being highlighted by the club, Tarryn Stuart, regional fundraiser for Norfolk and Suffolk at the charity, said: "We are so grateful that Norwich City have chosen Alzheimer's Society as the charity matchday partner for their fixture against Coventry City.
"Football should be unforgettable, but for thousands of fans with dementia, this isn't the case.
"The opportunity to collaborate with our local footballing community gives us an incredible platform to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s Society’s work and ensure people know where to turn when they need help.”
Alzheimer's UK will be available to speak to at Carrow Road on Monday, January 26 at the club's support hub.
