With a bumper crowd expected for Norwich City’s fourth round FA Cup clash with West Bromwich Albion, supporters are advised to arrive early to prevent turnstile queues.
Many supporters attending will be using digital ticketing for the first time at Carrow Road and may be unfamiliar with the process or require additional assistance.
At the last FA Cup game, several season ticket holders also needed assistance to download their FA Cup match ticket.
To ensure smooth entry into Carrow Road on Saturday, supporters are advised to read the information below and arrive early, even if they are familiar with the digital ticketing process.
Key information:
- Digital season tickets and plastic season ticket cards are not valid for entry to this game, even if you have purchased your normal season ticket seat for this fixture. You must download your FA Cup digital match ticket and add it to your Google or Apple Wallet before arriving at Carrow Road.
- Everyone using digital tickets should have their ticket on their own device where possible, rather than one person having multiple tickets.
- If using print at home tickets, ensure tickets are folded up so they fit into the barcode reader. Also ensure tickets are given to everyone in your group before you reach the turnstile.
- Do not bring prohibited items and where possible do not bring bags as bag searches are a key reason for queues forming.
- Make sure you know which turnstiles are valid for your ticket.
More reasons to arrive early:
