Norwich City fell to a 1-0 defeat away to Bristol City in the Sky Bet Championship on Saturday afternoon.
Head coach David Wagner introduced Angus Gunn and Marcelino Núñez to the starting line-up.
And it looked like it may have proved fruitful as the Canaries started well with Teemu Pukki causing problems.
Gabriel Sara also had a go from distance but without troubling the goalkeeper.
However, Bristol, unbeaten in eight coming into this one, had other ideas and took the lead after 24 minutes through Mark Sykes.
It stayed that way until the interval with neither side able to garner a clear-cut opportunity.
The second half was a much less entertaining 45 minutes as the home side held firm and denied City any chance at goal.
Andrew Omobamidele had a half chance, as did Pukki but to no avail.
Any warning Bristol had was dealt with and they saw out their lead through five minutes of injury time.
