Norwich City have completed the signing of 18-year-old Luke Chukwu from SSE Airtricity Men's Premier Division side St Patrick's Athletic.
Chukwu has signed a contract until 2028, with the option of a further year, and will form part of the club's academy sides, across the Under-21s and Under-18s.
The 18-year-old also also represented the Republic of Ireland at youth level, and now makes his first steps into English football.
On his move to Norwich, Chukwu said: "I feel brilliant. It's a long time coming, but I'm glad the deal is done now and I'm ready to kick on.
"I just felt that for me it was the best pathway. I felt when I came here, everyone was so warm and welcoming and the pathway was perfect for me.
"I want to try and play as much as possible, score as many goals and assists as possible and hopefully that takes me where it should take me."
