Norwich City drew 1-1 away to Queens Park Rangers in the Sky Bet Championship on Wednesday night.
The hosts opened the scoring just before the ten minute mark. Dykes was found in the area and finished beyond Angus Gunn.
QPR came close to doubling their lead from a free-kick, as the effort went through a number of bodies to strike the post, before Liam Gibbs cleared the danger.
Max Aarons saw a curling effort saved well by Seny Dieng in the QPR goal, as Norwich went in search of an equaliser.
Sam McCallum, who replaced Dimitris Giannoulis who couldn't continue, tested Dieng with his effort, before Isaac Hayden saw his shot blocked.
The Canaries were level within three minutes of the restart, as half-time sub Idah equalised. Gabriel Sara's shot was saved by Dieng, but Idah reacted quickest to force the ball over the line.
Ben Amos came closest to restoring the lead for the Rs, but couldn't keep his shot down.
But neither side could find a winner, as the points were shared at Loftus Road.
