Norwich City fell to a 1-0 home defeat against Luton Town in the Sky Bet Championship on Tuesday night.
It's a third defeat in a row for the Canaries and this result sees them move to fifth in the table.
A goal from Carlton Morris was the downfall of Dean Smith's side.
It had been Norwich who controlled much of the early possession however it was the visitors who had come closest.
On two occasions, first by Fred Onyedinma and then Carlton Morris, crosses flashed across the goal would evade everyone but offer a warning to Norwich.
Aside from that, territory was with the home side. Josh Sargent had the first shot on target when a pass from Teemu Pukki was deflected into the path of the USA international and his half-volley stung the palms of Ethan Horvath.
Pukki did have a chance of his own close to the break when a mix-up between the Luton defence allowed him a run at goal but he fired over from a tight angle.
Aaron Ramsey skimmed the crossbar with an effort from the edge of the penalty area 10 minutes into the second half after Danel Sinani had blasted a half volley over.
It would soon turn heavily in favour of Luton Town when former Canary Morris opened the scoring against the run of play just after the hour mark.
And then bad turned to worse when Kenny McLean was shown a straight red card for an off the ball incident as Norwich readied to take a corner.
There was a half-chance to equalise when the returning Dimi Giannoulis split Luton with a ball which Pukki latched on to and curled wide of the far post.
The introduction of Onel Hernández off the bench saw his pace test the space behind Luton's wing backs but the 10 men would fail to find an equalising goal.
