The club is encouraging supporters to ensure that their One City account details are known and up to date ahead of the weekend, in the event that Norwich City successfully secure a play-off place on the final day of the season.
Should the Canaries claim a play-off spot, online purchase will be the earliest and most convenient way for supporters to secure a ticket for the play-offs.
Should a play-off spot be confirmed, full ticketing information will be released on Saturday evening.
**One City account – what to do**
• Check your One City account details by logging in at [tickets.canaries.co.uk](http://tickets.canaries.co.uk)
• If you have forgotten the details of your One City account, please follow the ‘forgotten password’ journey here ().
• Supporters will have this information emailed to them; if you create a new One City account using a different email address to the one that receives the information, it will create a new supporter number not linked to purchase history, and you will not be able to purchase a play-off ticket.
• Please also ensure your friends and family list is up to date in your One City account to allow purchase for others with an eligible supporter number. To do this you must be signed in to your One City account. Once signed in: 1) go to the tickets tab, 2) hover over your name in the top right-hand corner, 3) click friends and family in the drop-down box, 4) add the friend or family member to your account so you can purchase their ticket. You will need to know their supporter number, surname, and post code.
