Norwich City have been awarded silver in the Fan Engagement Index Awards for the 2023/24 season.
The club finished fifth in the Index with a score of 190 points, finishing behind just Exeter City, Carlisle United, Lincoln City and AFC Wimbledon.
Points are allocated based on three categories: dialogue, governance and transparency.
The Fan Engagement Index awards up to 240 points to clubs overall based on the quality of their Fan Engagement. It comprises three categories, each offering up to 80 points.
It's a jump of seven places for Norwich who finished 12th in the rankings at the end of the 2022/23 season.
