Norwich City have launched a new membership scheme for the 2025/26 season, following fan feedback and consultation.
A consultation process, and further feedback from the club’s Supporter Panel, highlighted ticket access as the main reason to purchase a membership, though many found it expensive to purchase both a home and an away membership.
2025/26 memberships
For 2025/26 memberships, the club have reduced the overall cost for supporters who simply want access to both home and away tickets, while introducing two additional tiers of membership for those who want added benefits, such as a special edition City shirt.
All tiers come with the same ticket access, with priority decided as previously by attendance during the 2024/25 season.
Season ticket holders receive a further £10 discount to the prices listed below.
As with the previous scheme, members will have guaranteed access to one home and one away fixture if their membership has been purchased by 23.59pm on June 29.
The three memberships options are detailed below:
1 City membership (£29) – home and away priority ticket access
This package combines home and away ticket access into one affordable package, reducing the overall cost to supporters from £50 to £29.
2 Beyond the City membership (£59) – home and away priority ticket access and other exclusive benefits
The same match ticket access, but with the following additional benefits, that include:
\- 50 per cent stadium tour discount
\- Official members scarf
3 City Platinum membership (£99) – home and away priority ticket access, a special edition shirt and other exclusive benefits
The ultimate membership package that combines the same match ticket access with added benefits that include:
\- Special edition members shirt (pictured below)
\- Regular chances to win exclusive City experiences and goodies
\- 50 per cent stadium tour discount
\- Official members scarf
In addition to the three adult membership options, the club can also confirm that junior memberships are unchanged for the 2024/25 season, with further details listed below:
Junior memberships
Junior Canaries memberships cost £25, or £15 for season ticket holders, and include a range of benefits for the younger Norwich City supporter.
Junior Canaries may upgrade to a £65 membership (£55 for season ticket holders) to receive the special edition shirt.
