Players from Norwich City's men's and women's first teams and academy sides visited some local hospitals to spread some Christmas cheer.
Jack Stacey, Kellen Fisher, George Long and Callum Doyle, joined Megan Todd, Lauren Hailes and Ellie Bishop, as well as Charlie Wilson, Brandon Forbes, AJ Bridge and Lead Under-21 coach Olly Lee at The Nook, run by East Anglian Children's Hospices.
Meanwhile Oscar Schwartau, Emiliano Marcondes, Ben Chrisene, Hope Strauss and Liv Cook visited the children's ward at the James Paget Hospital in Gorleston.
