City win 'Campaign of the Year' at Sport Industry Awards

Norwich City picked up the 'Campaign of the Year' awards at the FEVO Sport Industry Awards on Thursday, April 25.

Norwich City picked up the 'Campaign of the Year' awards at the FEVO Sport Industry Awards on Thursday, April 25.

The club were nominated for their work around World Mental Health Day 2023, which included a Samaritans shirt takeover and a social media lineups initiative which was adopted by clubs across the EFL Championship.

It culminated in the club publishing a video on the day itself titled 'You Are Not Alone' which went on to be viewed almost 150 million times, and was cited as the reason for over 7,000 individual inbound messages to Samaritans.

Other organisations nominated in the same category include The Hundred, EA Sports, Premiership Women's Rugby and The FA.

The award was accepted on behalf of the club by commercial director Sam Jeffery, marketing campaigns manager Dan Williams and videographer Tom Smith.
