Norwich City can confirm that Shane Duffy, Emiliano Marcondes, Tony Springett, Jeffrey Schlupp and Dan Barden will all leave the club at the end of their respective contracts this summer.
Sam Field and Harry Amass will also return to their parent clubs following the conclusion of their loan spells.
Duffy joined the Canaries on a free transfer following his release from Fulham in 2023. The Republic of Ireland international went on to make 91 appearances for the club, scoring five goals during his time at Carrow Road.
Marcondes arrived in October 2024 and quickly became a key figure in Johannes Hoff Thorup’s side, earning the club’s player of the month award in January 2025. The Danish midfielder made 50 appearances in yellow and green, scoring six goals and providing eight assists.
Academy graduate Springett, who has been with the club since the age of 12, made his senior debut on the final day of the 2021/22 season. He went on to make a further 32 appearances, scoring his first Norwich City goal against Walsall in the FA Cup earlier this season.
Barden, who joined from Arsenal in January 2019, has made four senior appearances for the club, all of which came during the Sky Bet Championship title-winning campaign of 2020/21. During his time with the club Barden also overcame a battle with testicular cancer, returning to playing seven months after his diagnosis was made public.
Former Premier League winner Schlupp joined at the start of the campaign and made 11 appearances, registering one assist before injury curtailed his season.
