Club holds AGM for shareholders at Carrow Road

Norwich City hosted the Annual General Meeting at the Gunn club at Carrow Road on the evening of Thursday, November 10.

Norwich City hosted the Annual General Meeting at the Gunn club at Carrow Road on the evening of Thursday, November 10.

The AGM was open to all shareholders, with around 200 in attendance.

Director Tom Smith opened the night, introducing the members of the board and executive committee present in the room, welcoming Zoe Webber, who joined the board for the first time since her appointment in March of 2022.

The newest member of the board, director Mark Attanasio, was also in attendance on the night.

Tom Smith also paid tribute to former chairman Roger Munby and also gave thanks to Stephan Phillips, who stepped down from the board after 13 years.

Legal and governance director Sam Hall began the formal business of resolutions, allowing the ... shareholders to vote on matters of the board.

The floor was then opened to the attendees for a question and answer session. Topics included the relationship with the local media, the appointment of Mark Attanasio, the ticket office, the club's stance on gambling sponsorship, fan engagement, season ticket prices and going cashless.
