Norwich City hosted the club's 2025 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, December 3.
The club's shareholders were asked to vote on formal resolutions before Canaries legend Darren Eadie hosted a discussion with majority shareholder Mark Attanasio and director Richard Ressler.
Topics covered included Norfolk Holdings' vision for matters on and off the pitch, the 2025/26 season so far and the recruitment of new head coach Philippe Clement.
The board members addressed the postponed plans to develop Carrow Road and highlighted the need for improved consultation before the progression of any future plans.
Mark and Richard were joined by members of the executive team to answer questions from the assembled shareholders that focused on subjects such as player recruitment, stadium development, injury prevention and governance.
Earlier in the evening, shareholders were shown a video highlighting the great work of the club's Community Sports Foundation, who were named EFL Community Club of the Year at April's end of season awards.
