Norwich City are seeking special family homes to provide care and accommodation for our talented young academy players aged between 13 and 18 years of age.

Norwich City are seeking special family homes to provide care and accommodation for our talented young academy players aged between 13 and 18 years of age.

Many need to live away from home to undertake training at the Lotus Training Centre and attend Ormiston Victory Academy or City of Norwich School, our partnered education providers.

We pride ourselves on providing the highest standards for our academy which gives our talented young players a chance to thrive and develop their futures.

Over the previous seasons we have seen the likes of Max Aarons, Todd Cantwell, Adam Idah and Andrew Omobamidele all graduate from the club’s academy to feature in the first-team. The challenge for the club is to ensure we continue to produce future stars for Norwich City.

For this role, Norwich City Academy are seeking people who possess empathetic and caring qualities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills; people who can remain non-judgemental, inclusive, and respectful towards all individuals whilst remaining calm and patient when responding to children and young people’s behaviour.

Care and Accommodation Providers will be offered a one-year contract, on an annual rolling basis. We are also interested in receiving applications from those willing and suitable to provide accommodation on a casual / holiday cover / trial cover basis.
