Norwich City are seeking nominations for supporters to apply to join the Supporter Panel.
The Supporter Panel is a sounding board for the club’s initiatives to gain genuine supporter feedback on a range of non-football related issues.
The panel has up to 12 members who serve for a period of two seasons on a rotational basis. The panel is made up of both elected supporters, as well as representatives from supporter groups.
Supporters have two weeks to submit their nominations before the closing date of Sunday, June 30 (11.59pm).

You can apply by completing the form below and once shortlisting has taken place, a vote will follow. All applicants will be informed of any outcomes in due course.
