Norwich City have come together with players, staff and volunteers to show the importance of communication for our mental health.
The feature video includes executive director Zoe Ward, head coach Dean Smith, along with first team players Gabriel Sara, Jordan Hugill, Marcelino Núñez and Jon Tomkinson.
Each participant is asked to ring somebody that they cared about to highlight the importance of communication on our mental health.
One participant said: "In a world where communication is so easy, we are often more isolated than we have ever been. To check up on someone is so simple but so effective."
The purpose of the campaign was to highlight that a phone call to check in on a loved one may improve their day more than you can ever quantify whilst also improving the caller’s day too. The video follows on from the club's principal shirt partner Lotus donating their sponsorship to local charity Norfolk and Waveney Mind for the home fixture vs. Preston North End on Saturday, October 8.
