Norfolk FB Holdings, the group led by Mark Attanasio, have officially increased their shareholding in Norwich City Football Club to 40.4 per cent of the club’s ordinary shares, after a deal was cleared by the EFL.
Norfolk Holdings are now joint majority shareholders with Delia Smith and Michael Wynn Jones, who also hold 40.4 per cent of the club’s ordinary shares.
