A general meeting of Norwich City Football Club PLC was held at Carrow Road on Monday evening.
Five resolutions were proposed at the meeting, with shareholders encouraged to vote by proxy in advance of the meeting. Those in attendance submitted their votes on each of the resolutions by way of poll.
Norwich City can now confirm that each of the five resolutions were passed by the club’s independent shareholders.
The club will now move forward with the next steps in the process.
