Norwich City Under-21s will play King's Lynn Town Under-23s on Monday, March 11, with a 7.30pm kick-off.
The game will be played at The Walks Stadium in King's Lynn, with an opportunity to progress into the semi-final of the competition.
Alan Neilson's side overcame Dereham Town in the last round to set up this clash with the Linnets, who were winners over Downham Town.
