Delia's Canary Catering and Norwich City to host a dinner with Prue Leith

Delia’s Canary Catering and Norwich City Football Club are pleased to announce an Evening with Prue Leith, taking place on October 15, at Carrow Road Stadium.

Prue Leith is a highly regarded, award-winning chef, caterer, cookery writer and novelist, known also for her role as a judge on popular TV show the Great British Bake Off.

Her long and established career has included opening her own restaurants, including Leiths her famous Michelin-starred establishment in Notting Hill, many catering and cookery school businesses, along with a deep involvement in the education and arts industry. She has also published eight novels, a memoir Relish, and 14 cookbooks. Her latest cookbook, The Vegetarian Kitchen, which she has written with her niece, has just been published.

She is also very active in many charities and is the chancellor of Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. She is also an advisor for the Government’s hospital food review

This event, hosted Alice Piper, will include an in-depth interview with Prue, while guests enjoy a three-course meal prepared by Delia’s team of chefs, at the Top of the Terrace. This will follow a VIP drinks reception, along with canapés, in the Norfolk Lounge. VIP tickets also include a book signing opportunity with Prue and premium positioned seating.
