Delia’s Canary Catering and Norwich City are delighted to be hosting the first of a series of Food and Wine Workshops at Carrow Road on Thursday, September 23.
The day will start with coffee and cake on arrival before TV and The Guild of Food Writers Cookery Journalist of the Year winner Alex Mackay takes guests through a cookery demonstration on French classics for autumn.
Alex, who has previously been director of Raymond Blanc’s cookery school at Le Manor aux Quat’Saisons and had his own cookery school in Provence, is an excellent guide and teacher.
Guests will then learn how to make the perfect cocktails before sitting down to a three-course meal paired with wine tasting for each course.
Finishing off, guests will have the chance to put their questions to a panel of experts including Delia and Alex in a Q&A session, alongside a book signing where guests can get their Delia recipe books autographed.
The workshop on Thursday, September 23, is just the first of many which will be hosted by Delia, but tickets are limited so book now if you want to get your space for next week's events
