Delia Smith’s beloved Food and Wine Workshops return to Carrow Road next month for the first time this season.
Chef Alex Mackay hosts Easy on the Day on Tuesday, October 27 in the Top of the Terrace, where he will talk his guests through a cooking demonstration of savoury and sweet, entertaining and every day.
On the workshop, Alex says: “There are times when it’s a joy to spend the day cooking, and others when you just want to have everything done in a flash.
“The secret to success is to combine the two and prepare the day before so that you can have things easy on the day.”
Club partner Renaissance Vodka will also be on hand for a cocktail masterclass and Peter Graham Wines will be here as the expert wine tasters.
The day finishes with a three-course meal and a Q&A with Delia and her guests.
Our other upcoming workshop takes place on Thursday, December 1 and will be centred around all things Christmas.
